"Property needs some upgrades such as their pos atm , some repairs and paint touch ups around the property. Staff are nice and polite. Cleaning staff only came to provide new towels but not make the beds but we were only there for three days so not the end of the world. I think you might need to let front desk know that you are away for the day so staff can go reset the rooms. They have Moxies and shark club so food and their staff were great and helpful. The hotel is in a good area . Close to the skytrain. Overall, I would stay there again."

"Hotel is well located, a walking distance from Gastown, the port and Stanley Park. Plenty of restaurant and cafe very nearby. The hotel is aging however. The staff is fine although I was asked 2 $ to store my luggage for an hour when I checked out. At more than 400$ a night + parking you would expect something different. There was one of the 3 elevators not functioning, causing delays to access the lobby at the time of check out."

"The Rosewood is one of those special hotels that I will never forget. It is elegant with thoughtful touches. We were upgraded upon arrival. Our bathroom not only had a waterfall shower with strong water pressure but a tub, a separate water closet and 2 sinks. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in with crisp, soft sheets. The staff was helpful with everything. Turn down service at night with shortbread cookies and slippers on a mat next to the bed."
