They charged us for all 4 nights of valet parking at $45 a night. I paid to self park across the street, they charged my the 45 dollars on TOP of that. All in I had $300 plus of parking fees for 4 nights. They charged me $200 for valet I didn’t use, I prepaid 85 on Expedia and I then paid another 30 plus for the self parking. They will not...

"The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high."

"The room was adorable and very unique and it was perfect for the one night I stayed. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room I stayed in, but I don’t know if others might have more amenities. The bar in the hotel was an experience for sure and the atmosphere was unforgettable. I would definitely stay again!"

"Located near lots of restaurants and a parking garage with chargers for electro vehicles. Neighborhood is a bit tricky at night with homeless. Breakfast has nice, fresh variety of options and staff is lovely. I checked in late in the evening & found that the reception desk was “tired” and not very engaged. "

"Overall the hotel is very nice! The restaurant is pricey, and for the quality of the food it doesn’t seem worth it however the staff was very friendly and everything was very clean! My only complaint is the beds. They are so uncomfortable and by the 2nd night it hurt to walk due to the back pain from the beds. Other than that I have no complaints. "

"Check in was smooth and easy. We were able to check-in online and simply picked up our room keys at the service desk. Staff was very friendly and kind. The area outside the hotel seemed rough, but we never ran into any issues. Our room, however, was not clean at all. There was dust everywhere and the sheets were covered in makeup stains. The bathroom and bath tub were also dirty and the ceiling was covered in mold. Hotel area was convenient but I likely won't stay here again."
