"A beautiful hotel in a convenient location. I was on the 21st floor & had access to the club floor lounge. The view of the river was spectacular & the food offered was extensive. The front office staff & concierge were polite & helpful. Housekeeping was impeccable & the addition of chocolates in your room at night was a nice surprise. It’s easy to move around and most good shopping & eateries are within a 15 min drive. I will definitely be returning again. Well done to the staff 👏"

"I thought the Sky bar was good entertainment good, However what upset me was I asked for my bill to be charged to the room 1 night,And was told I was unable too. But it was ok to do that a couple of nights before. I paid every bill cash in hotel. When I didn’t want to go to my room to my safe to get cash I just said charge it to my room please, And was then told because I hadn’t left a deposit (I Was unsure what they meant)I was unable to charge to my room. In front of people and felt embarrassed. So I would never return to this hotel because of this reason."

A special mention goes to Cōng at the front lobby, who set the tone from the very beginning. Professional, gracious, and incredibly helpful, Cōng went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. That said, the excellence didn’t stop there—the entire team operates at an impressively high standard. Housekeeping, concierge, dining staff—everyone delivered with consistency and pride. What stood out most was the sense that the staff weren’t just doing their jobs—they were fully invested in creating a great experience. It felt seamless, thoughtful, and polished at every touchpoint. Hilton Saigon has clearly built a culture of service that’s both refined and genuinely human. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality."

"For visitors to HCM this hotel is the perfect location as it is centrally located. Many things within walking distance plus close to a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus. Club Access is a must nice place to hang out great breakfast in the morning as well as happy hour from 1800 to 2000."

"The room was very clean, fresh, and well maintained. The view was beautiful, open, and really relaxing, especially at night — such a nice atmosphere. I was especially impressed that there were no insects or mosquitoes at all, which made the stay feel very comfortable and pleasant. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. I would definitely come back again."
