It was spotless, immaculate, and so thoughtfully designed that it felt warm, inviting, and truly elevated. The staff was exceptional, and the amenities were equally impressive. The multi-level rooftops were a true highlight, offering incredible views of Florence, including the Duomo, but it is only one of many stunning areas throughout the property. Every space feels elegant and welcoming. The hotel is also within walking distance of amazing sites, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. I cannot express enough how exceptional this hotel is. If you are traveling to Florence, this is truly the place you want to stay. "Staff were super lovely, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic and full of character Giovanni who made us feel welcome. The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"
