"Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – absolut kundenunfreundlich Unser geplanter Aufenthalt im Hotel Mürz vom 09.09.25 bis 16.09.25 wurde durch eine völlig inakzeptable Situation massiv beeinträchtigt. Aufgrund einer angeblichen Überbuchung mussten wir unser Zimmer räumen – zugunsten sogenannter Stammgäste. Uns wurde lediglich angeboten, für die letzte Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln.
