"The staff were very helpful & informative.
The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff.
The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room.
The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"The bar and reception areas have been renovated and are nice, a call out to the helpful and friendly bar staff too.
However, the room itself was not acceptable. Both towels and bed sheets had marks on them, as did the carpet. Got in the shower, empty shower gel container. Nowhere in the bathroom to put anything.
