"Worse hotel experience in my life. First I got a room that was totally ruined by tobacco, it smelled like an ashtray. They didnt want to chance it because "hotel was full". They sprayed some chemical to there and claimed that now its Ok :D When I didnt buy it and asked a new room anyway, they told me that its impossible cause I have used the toilette (during three hours wait). Then it get serious and I insisted to fix the problem, somehow they found a new room. I feed my dogs better than my...
