After a long weary flight and arriving after midnight, the friendly and welcoming front desk got us quickly checked in we were comfortably in our beds in minutes. Delicious huge breakfast buffets, good amenities. We stayed during an overnight layover, refreshed and ready for the next long leg of flying."

The first year was very good - the rooftop bar was a nice bonus to our stay, The second visit, the restaurant was disappointing. "The decor was very modern and very unique for a hotel. Loved the decor! Staff very helpful, especially Siva … what a gem … good person for customer service indeed … most staff helpful and cordial. They only clean and refresh coffee amenities upon request. That was a drawback for me. Also, room coffee was aweful."

"Great air conditioning. Asked for iced water from the reception they said we had to buy a bottle of water. Went next door for free iced water. Also went next door for their delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Much cheaper. Room was quite small and had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. "The hotel was nice enough, however our room was very hot with no way to cool it. It was located in an area that made us feel like we were in a closet that was made into a room. It was not inviting, welcoming g or comfortable. The staff were friendly and we used the laundry facility so that was nice. It was the only hotel in our travels on this trip that made us pay to store our luggage. It was also fairly far away from most of the attractions we wanted to visit."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhaften Ambiente. Man fühlt sich wie im Spreewald - mit den Kanus, auf die man vom Balkon aus blickt, und dem entspannenden Vogelgezwitscher. Die Räume waren sehr gemütlich im minimalistisch, stylischen skandi-stil eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. In der Nähe war der schöne See mit Steg, der zum Baden einlädt. Dort vorn gab es auch eine Art Grill/ Bistro. Besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück. Es gab zB. sehr hochwertigen Käse zum selbstabschneiden. Aronia...

"Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles. And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were...

"There was no safe, no wardrobe and also no fridge in the room. Pretty poor for a 4-Star location. Kitchen closes at 9pm .. and after that you don’t get anything warm to eat."

"No AC while undergoing renovations and it's the middle of summer. But they can't bother to let you know when you book the room. They just tell people that they didn't advertise AC, so it's on you to read the fineprint."

"Stayed for business and found the location to be central, close to metro, walkable to good shop and restaurants. Check in was straight forward, and well marked for 7th floor. Staff helped with check in. Rooms are clean, well designed and efficient. Quiet. Cantina on 7th was great for a drop in breakfast and late night dinner. Nice that you could also just grab a coffee and pastry without having to pay the full breakfast fee."
