"My stay was okay, and I liked the location. But there were a few issues that were disappointing. First, check in began at 2 p.m., and I informed the host that I would arrive at 4:30 p.m. I received a message around 3:30 p.m. that the apartment was ready. And yet, when I arrived at about 4:40 p.m., the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment. Second, the toilet seat was broken. Third, due to a mutual communication issue, the host and I arranged for one of their employees to pick up the remaining...
