The staff were all so friendly and helpful; the rooms were clean and much larger than expected; the breakfast was varied and huge. We felt very safe and secure in this quiet space amid the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home in Lisbon."

Laundry service is available, but it was not picked up in a timely manner, so it took longer than expected. The Wednesday evening Fado show in the hotel restaurant was very enjoyable."
