"Staff not too nice. Front desk empty most of the time, nobody available, exterior doors open 24/7 meaning that unauthorized person can get in. Breakfast normal but served too late 8:00 am, some people need to leave hotel earlier . Room not great, old hotel, needs a lot of maintenance.
My family and I did not feel comfortable. "

"I often stay at the Sheraton Escazú because it is very convenient for my business meetings in the area. The location works very well for me.
One of the main positives is the value. The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are also spacious, the bed is comfortable, and overall it works well for a business trip where you need a reliable place to sleep and work.
