"Somebody tried to open the door twice"

"Breakfast was not as advertised. Staff was unhelpful. Room was very hot. There was a fire alarm ringing at all hours that apparently no one could fix."

"Stayed here once before. Well-maintained rooms, convenient location and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Only issues were the door was a little loose (did not close tightly) and the floor was dusty. Will definitely book again!"

"The history of this old place is amazing! Fun to see the pool and old palm trees. Room was reasonably clean (someone else's soap left in shower), the entryways from the back need new carpet and upkeep. Breakfast was great, at the adjoining cafe."

"The place looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are dirty and walls are stained. One of the beds had stained sheets we needed new sheets. The floor is uneven. I tripped on something bulging out from under carpet and hurt my toe. Property does nothing when you tell them something they just look at you. Cops came to the hotel 2x at night. Breakfast included is milk, juice and corn flakes. Stay somewhere else !!!"

"WiFi did not work in the room that I was in. And I had work to do. WiFi in the lobby worked but there was music being played and therefore I couldn’t be on Zoom calls from there. After several tries and decided to check out a day early. Hoping to get refunded for one night. But haven’t seen that yet."

"Traffic noise was rough but everything else worked for me. (Weirdly their exhaust fans in the bathroom blow instead of suck so that’s weird but okay. I stayed twice in different rooms. Same thing.)"
