"Really surprised that epic sana was so well run. Fine dining, Uddo and Lima restaurants were all excellent. If I’d been told that fine dining was Michelin star I wouldn’t have been surprised, really top notch. The uddo japanese restaurant was also so much better than the usual sticks and sushi that are standard fare in the west, we’ve been to Japan 4 times in the last 5 years and the uddo compared well. Facilities were excellent, we chose the epic sana as my wife likes fitness classes so was well catered for. The location just above a truly beautiful beach . Our first time in albufiera and we were stunned by the beaches. We will likely return soon."

"Great hotel, staff are amazing. Everything is super clean and the service is great. Ideal location between albufeira and villamoura. Would deffo come back! Restaurant in the hotel is amazing as well."

"Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view. In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer. Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction. Eventually conceded but not the best customer service and so my review isn’t as glowing as usual as a frequent guest."

The reception staff was incredibly helpful and professional. ​The hotel is highly reliable and packed with attractions, including fantastic kids' activities and clean pools. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the surrounding area is beautiful. I highly recommend it!"

"The numerous pools onsite we enjoyable and my son,8, enjoyed the kids zone with the water slides. The beds we comfortable, the hotel was relatively quiet at night while sleeping, the room was large with plenty of room for my family of three, the kitchen was well-equiped and close to city center for groceries and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
