"HelpWe had a wonderful stay overall! The location is absolutely fantastic, and the staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful. A major highlight was the beach gear loan-out program—having two chairs, two towels, and an umbrella ready for us was an A+ perk that made our beach days incredibly easy. I do have two pieces of constructive criticism regarding the room comfort: The bedding scent: The bleach on the bedding was exceptionally heavy. It was strong enough that we actually had to ditch the pillows and set them aside because the scent was overwhelming. The mattress: The bed was very stiff, which left me feeling fairly stiff as well. Upgrading the mattresses would make a massive difference in comfort. Despite the sleep comfort issues, the hospitality and prime location made it a great trip. With a few adjustments to the room, this place would be flawless!"

"First off the front desk employee I didn’t catch his name but he was the gentleman there the evening 5/16. He was absolutely amazing like top notch service. He went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Our room over looked the ocean and wow it’s was incredible. We had the hot tub to ourselves. Everything was great. I had the best time and would highly recommend this place. The gentleman at the front desk literally made our trip so much easier and nicer. Thank you very much and the kindness you gave us will not be forgotten."

"Great location and a strong meetings/events team, but the overall hotel experience lacked consistency during my six-night stay. I facilitated a leadership programme in the Glasshouse and the support there was excellent throughout — attentive, professional and well organised. Unfortunately, the wider guest experience felt less polished. The fitness room repeatedly ran out of towels and cups (even after feedback was given), water bottles in the room were not replenished, linens were not changed during the stay, and some outdoor areas were left uncleared for days. None of these issues were major individually, but hospitality is often defined by attention to small details, and those details matter. There is a lot to like about the property and the team were always pleasant, but the hotel would benefit from greater operational discipline and consistency across the guest experience."
