Lakes Hotel and Spa
Spa is excellent, always clean, open throughout the day which is perfect. We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was a lovely touch, the hot tubs on the balcony are perfect. One of our favourite if not favourite places to stay In Bowness/windermere area because of the hot tubs.

Lakeside Hotel & Spa
Was extremely amazed by the building beautifull inside well done out. Pool was very nice good sauna and steamroom. However i was disappointed with breakfast. I love a buffet breakfast but it was described on expedia as a "free breakfast" not "breakfast included" the difference was a extremely limited ...

Hapimag Burnside Park Apartments
The room and staff were fine but we had no hot water for about 16 hours and had to use another apartment to shower which was not great.
