"This hotel is really magnificent and is a must-visit in Brunei. It is a pitty I did not have much time to spend there. I guess I can spend the whole day or even two days wandering around to take photos and to enjoy all the services. The only thing I did not like about it is a lady at the reception who helped us check out. It was kind of rude when she never said full sentences. For example, she would ask me "room?". "Clean and spacious room, staff are welcoming and friendly, lobby is air conditioned and front desk staff especially are very helpful. Close to all amenities and complimentary shuttle is a added bonus. Highly recommend. "
