"Towels were scratchy and poor quality. Most of the food in the morning was not hot. Carpet in the room where dogs are allowed does not make sense. Someone entered our room and may have taken our good shampoo. No Do Not Enter signs were available. No fresh coffee was provided. Only a machine that produced poor coffee and looked old."

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This is in the HEART of Banff. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is VERY old (1908), but redone in 2018. Room #456 was waaayy at the other end of the hotel, where you have to take 3 random stairs down (yes, it's on the 4th fl) + multi turns, but that did not bother us. It would someone with mobility issues though. It was an end unit with a view of the rooftop (yes...the actual roof, facing other windows), but that did not bother us either, as we were literally...

"The room is clean but the aircon is not properly well distributed too cold in lower part of the room but warm on upper room. NO BREAKFAST PREPARED. TOO EXPENSIVE"

"Breakfast was included which is good when traveling with family. Public transport was one minute walk from hotel and it can be used to get to multiple destinations including gondola ride so you don’t need to worry about parking. Plus hotel provided us with free 3 day pass for the bus which was great."

"The apartment style room we got was great, lots of space and amenities in the room. The location to city was awesome with the hotel providing us a free bus pass which helped a lot! The elevator and laundry are both closed permanently so be prepared to hand wash and lug your stuff up stairs."

"No amenities but some good breakfast and pool at sister property across the street. Tiny fitness room across the street. Also very good brunch (for reasonable price) at sister property. Location is excellent."
