"Great hotel for the price! Love the wooden floor vs the usual carpeted flooring. Room is clean, spacious, and love the convenience of the mini kitchen. Bed is clean and comfortable too! Some shady joints around the area but they are respectful (towards families with kids) and there's nothing too rowdy. Could hear some slight music etc at night, but wasn't too loud. "Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation...
