"They do not pay heed to any complaint. Very arrogant. The flushes in all the toilets are not functioning. The behavior of those in the reception is very rough. the hotel is full of cockroaches. The food supplied was not good and served in unclean utensils. Filthy bed linen were supplied. In a word the hotel is terrible."

"I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent. I wish this facility...
