"Great customer service!! Its very convienent and clean as well. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the ventilation in the rooms. Can be a little smelly but I believe its just the area of the hotel. Otherwise it really is a great and beautiful place. "

"Tuve dos detalles esta vez
1) el agua caliente de la regadera no funcionó pero fuera de eso que siento ha sido una falla ocasional ya que me he hospedado antes aquí y no pasó.
2) la chica de recepción no me comentó que hacían pre registro de check-in y tuve que ver cómo entregaban habitaciones a personas que habían llegado mucho después que yo😅
Fuera de esas dos cosas, instalaciones limpias, personal amable en ubicación conveniente. Salí de terminal 2 y llegué caminando al hotel sin problema e...

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It was so clean, beautiful and historic! The staff was so kind and responsive! Several staff also spoke English. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the 24 hour complimentary cafe had great food and drink!

"I found it very convenient that there was an exclusive hotel counter at the airport where I could request the shuttle service. Even though I checked in very late, the staff treated me very kindly, which left a very good impression on me.
I also used the room service; even though I placed my order late, they responded quickly, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious.
From now on, this will be my regular hotel."
