"The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations.

"Hotel is gorgeous, love the decor and trendy 70s inspired design. Room was enormous and very well decorated, though lack of drawers meant difficult to fully unpack with only hanging space. Giant balcony which was in the sun all day and overlooked the pool. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach.
I felt the service let the stay down overall. Whilst housekeeping were excellent, front desk/lobby staff were not forthcoming with checking in on our stay, helping with taxis etc. Bar service around the pool...

"Check in was delayed. Had to wait a long while. Our apartment was around alot of noise both the road ( singers to Belaluna restaurant) but we enjoyed the time we were there. Made the most of it. No washer in the apartment and it stated there was. Locks to windows broken and metal shutter half way up couldn't close for the evenings. Broken!"
