" Difficult to find in the dark but there is gate with name on it and they’ll open it for you to enter . Parking at mini-house. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen. Deck with sun bathing area. Jet tub. Patio. Good wifi. Fans. Big zapper. Lots of bugs. Water was not always hot but warm. Great onsite hike with amazing views! Would come back!"

"Absolutely stunning place. As a photographer, it was hard to get through my head that a place like this can exist, with so much wildlife and scenery, without being staged. It was real and natural. Crossing the field to the restaurant, I was focused on a Parakeet up in the tree, then two Scarlet Macaws flew overhead and a Ringed Kingfisher showed up with a fish, just outside of the restaurant’s balcony! "The hotel reception staff was very friendly & helpful. The grounds are beautifully planted and well-maintained - lots of birds! Breakfast was substantial with good choices. Room was clean and spacious. For those driving, there’s ample parking. The trail in back is fine, but a bit overgrown & insect repellent is required, but nice walk."

"We booked this property on a whim just passing through Lake Arenal for one night. This is definitely a place I’d go back to. The photos do not do it justice!! The individual cottages are absolutely adorable, spacious, and have a killer view. The restaurant on the property is also wonderful—the food is superb! "

"The hotel is clean , staff is nice, it is close to arenal national park, Tabacon hot springs, awuwaki (sushi), Raman restaurant, el novillo restaurant, the problem is we are given the room #1 which happens to be room with large gap between the door and its frame on both the top and bottom, we see bugs inside the room. After talking with the front desk, we were able to switch to a different room , room 14 which is clean with great view of the arenal, I would recommend the hotel but not room #1"
