"En nuestra habitación las camas incomodas, el aire no enfria bien, no servia el telefono. Dejaron solo 1 papel de baño, no habia toallas de mano ni liquido para lavar los platos. Para pedir papel de baño, toallas etc teniamos que bajar al front desk. Habia solo 1 empleado allí para todo. . Los elevadores no funcionaban bien. Las picinas estaban sucias, verdes. Nunca vimos empleados limpiandolas. El lugar en general es bueno y tiene buenas areas, solo está un poco descuidado."

The hotel is located across the ocean which has a beautiful view but in between, there is a heavy traffic street.
