"Pros- great location , easy parking , pool , folks are fairly updated , coffee maker , hairdryer , bath products provided, bed was comfy , lots of pillows. Cons- You can hear everything from the room above you, even someone zipping a zipper. Ask for an upstairs room. No info provided on hours of bar , people at the front desk , etc. shower doesn't have a curtain , just a clear liner , so hopefully nobody needs to use the toilet if someone is in the shower . "The fireplace worked,but the jet spa didn't, the blinds need replacing & the other window was above the tub,so hard to get to. The mattress was so old & lumpy, I hardly got any sleep, the lazy boy chair didn't stay extended. The Location was great, the area was serene & quaint. Accessible to downtown & restos."

"The hottub was really the sweet spot, cabin was nice overall, the a/c and airflow sucked, had difficulty sleeping due to lack of airflow and it being hot, big bear is a little packed and overrated, not much to do. Good if you want a weekend getaway, not much else."

"Rom/Cabin was roomy and cozy. It had a fireplace which needed wood. I did not use this. The pool and hot tub was nice and used during my stay. Very quiet location with the exception of highway noises. The property is good for dog owners with area for dog walking and potty stations. Very enjoyable stay"

"Nice place, shabby sheek very clean, big screen TV. Big windows you can open, no central air but room has a ceiling fan and small rolling air conditioner. There is also a super cute retro fridge/freezer stocked with cold drinks and a small microwave. Beware there is no 24 hour attendant on site. We locked ourselves out and waited 15 minutes for someone to come back to the premises to let us back in. Also, no hot water for showers; otherwise, nice accommodations."

"There is no one in the office to check us in. The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response. The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster. The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry. There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms."

"Carpet was very dirty. Walking around in it barefoot gave us almost black feet. It need to be deep cleaned. Staff was very friendly and helpful though."

"I would definitely would recommend this spot for couples. Love the quiet atmosphere. They had a double shower. Which is perfect for couples. close drive to everything we need(groceries, shop, restaurants). The only down side I have is that it’s near then main highway so you hear the traffic."

"Getting into the room was very frustrating and the code they gave didn’t work. We did message the facility and it was quite a few minutes before they responded.There was an employee of the restaurant that let us in. The Air Conditioner didn’t work and the room was 91*, it made very uncomfortable to say the least."
