2/10 Terrible

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower, and the entire room smelled like a gym locker room. We arrived very late due to a flight delay and called ahead to let the hotel know we would be checking in late, but they still had issues with our reservation when we arrived. We got to the hotel around 3:30 AM, but because of the reservation problems, we didn’t receive our room until 4:00 AM. After finally getting into the room, we only stayed a few hours to get some sleep before checking out and moving to another hotel as soon as possible. The condition of the room and the overall experience were completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone!!!"

"One of the worst stays I booked in my life, and the worst facility with false promises and provided room and amenities. They give smoked room even though we asked for non smoking since we had 4 kids to stay, overall terrible and not recommended for families and non-smoking people."

"I was blown away how misleading this place was. People seemed to be living there, the rooms bath tub had woman’s hair all over it. Room furniture had holes in it, the sink connected to the bathroom was broke had to brush my teeth in the kitchen area. I’d never stay here again. Highly disappointed"

"We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Washington D.C. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was stocked with Dove products and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Front desk was very friendly and professional. The hotel was located in a great spot and it was about a 15 min drive to the Shady Groove Metro Station which we took to DC. Will stay again when we come back to DC"

"Good location for easy access to highways, restaurants and shopping. The property is older (renovated), but you can tell it has been around a while. The floors seemed slightly tilted in locations, were very creaky and the hallways were musty smelling. The rooms were clean and I had almost no complaints except for the noisy shower/tub. I luckily was on the second floor, but I imagine that every step above in the shower and on the creaky floor was audible below. The breakfast ok served its purpose, although the eggs tasted like powdered eggs, but I didn't mind too much. Otherwise a great stay."

"Free breakfast was horrendous and not many options. Our room had a sour moldy smell and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. I complained to the front desk rep and I was told they did not have maids on duty but they would spray something in the room. Whatever it was made smell somewhat tolerable. One night stay but never again."
