"We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?"

"Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. "

Fateh took care of arranging our tours and saw that we had breakfast every morning before heading out. We took advantage of a wonderful meal in the Villas restaurant, walked the grounds to see the waterfall, and took a yoga class from Fateh herself. The experience provided at Waterfall Villas was relaxing, nurturing and enjoyable. We loved it there!"

"we LOVED the the set up of the layout, the view and how clean it is. we MISSED having hooks for wet towels, or a laundry stand to hang up wet bathing suits. I would like to add: if you are renting this place, we strongly recommend driving a 4-wd- vehicle. the drive is quite bumpy & steep for 5 km. "
