"Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). "

"Lovely place to stay and very central . We had a room with a balcony which overlooked the square . Viola was very welcoming and ordered taxis for us . "
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The lobby, breakfast room and back garden are very charming. The garden view is unparalleled.
Our room was comfortable, clean & quiet.
The breakfast had so many high quality choices to choose from (even gluten free).

"Positives: Good location for exploring Siena and easy to find. Support was good during our stay if we had issues.
Negatives: At entrance to the main square so noisy. Ear plugs are essential at night to offset noisy restaurants til 1am. Teenagers singing at 3am. Bins at 7am. Shower was ridiculously small. TVs were old, if you want internet bring HDMI lead. Lounge area not cosy. Lighting poor in lounge for reading."
