"Breakfast was great and location is superb"

"excellent location. Clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff for the most part. Super fun rooftop bar with view of the cathedral . However, the one really big problem was the Sewer Smell in the lobby. Also, a few times it was terrible in the hall to our room and a few times briefly smelled up the room. When mentioned to the staff, they ALL acted like we were crazy and there was NO such stink. I dont think the staff was allowed to confirm the stink...or even talk about it. Breakfast was Great. Would probably not stay there again even through it could be a super great hotel without the stink."

The hotel even charges for water in the room, which felt disappointing at this price point. It also seemed understaffed, and the team struggled to handle the guest flow efficiently. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."
