"NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

" My experience at Students Only Hollis Croft was very disappointing. Despite booking well in advance, I had to follow up several times before my reservation was confirmed. "Very convenient location, as was there for the weekend for an event at motorpoint. Room was fairly clean, few aspects that could've been improved but was a bit better than I expected for student halls. I stayed on 6th Floor and still was quite noisy from the surrounding bars nearby."
