(I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. Loved the decor in the Art Deco room of the Barge. The hosts provide everything needed, even putting milk, butter and orange juice in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. "We loved Bordeaux and of course the wine! The Residhome Hotel was excellent and had a secure underground parking garage for our car. The location was great. The tram runs past the hotel and was easy to use. Buffet breakfast was very generous and delicious. Easy walking distance to the old city, Cite du Vin and other attractions and historic sites. We highly recommend the hotel."
