The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer."

"The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...
