"I complained about a very loud air conditioner. Woke me up many times. I was offered a cookie. Place very dated and needs a lot of work to get back to a double tree standards. They are also doing construction so maybe someday it will be good enough to sleep there "

"The WiFi was terrible and when my boyfriend went to get breakfast a lady was so rude. When I asked them to clean my room and bring fresh towels that was perfectly done they just didn’t clean the tub. But everything else was good"

"Hotel was clean, front desk staff was super helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was a little busy but there was a constant replenishing of food items and someone was always there cleaning up the area. Overall we would book again in the future. "

"Parking was great. Didn't eat in house Our 2 complaints were peeling paint in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in hallways. The biggest issue is we had no hot water on Saturday 3/21. Was very disappointed in our stay with the exception of the staff we had to deal with."
