"The staff seemed overwhelmed as there were not enough to check in the volume of guests. The bathroom sink was blocked, slow to drain. There was no fridge. Great to find two bottles of water were supplied. Overall a great stay in an excellent location."

"Room is very clean. Location is super. We could go most of sightseeing places on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Waitrose is also right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice! We enjoyed our stays!"
