Khách sạn Battaramulla

"The property wasn’t ideal because the reception are had no air conditioning so there were mosquitoes bitten while sitting there. The room wasn’t ready on arrival at 2.30 pm. Some items were missing for the third person. the room was ready for a couple as though it meant to be triple."

"Yes everything was close by and within the vicinity of the hotel "

"Got upgraded to a suit, that was super nice , very India and vegetarian friendly breakfast buffet - has Jain food as well - dosa, sambar, dhokla, poha etc . The bathtub inside the room with a view was great. Loved the blue tooth speaker in the room as well to enjoy some music. Room was largely clean, guest services are a hit or a miss , sometimes on time sometimes delayed. Laundry takes a day, If given in the night they give it back next day same time. Reception also helps with dollar exchange...

"Staff were the best, property needed upgrading"

"Good customer service"

"Friendly and willing to help staff, best buffet breakfast"

"Excellent modern property! A delight to stay here….excellent views of the ocean too. And walking distance to almost everything. The drop off/ pick up arrangements are weird with multiple levels of lobbies but that is the architect’s fault….not the hotel’s. We will definitely be back"

"Fantastic hotel, the room and facilities were fantastic and the staff were always so kind and helpful."

"The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience"

"Nice clean hotel close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Always willing to assist. If there is a negative experience, it would be the aggressive tuck tuck drivers that wait outside. Do not be scammed in getting them to take you anywhere without a confirmed price beforehand. They also make excuses that they need to stop at tea shops, jewelry places, or some massage place, all friends. Stand firm and say NO. Use Uber for safety."
