"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "They had the right idea in creating beautiful architecture but the practical way it is run was a mess. Was dirty, no service, no basic things like hand soap. Lots of broken and old things, insects and damages, no maintenance. I moved as soon as I could to a basic hotel that actually works."
