"Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room size a bit smaller but just just nice for business travelers. Locations is near to 2nd bridge and easy to access to Bayan Lepas. "

"It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again. "

"OMG one of the best hotel we ever stayed in . We have been to over 30 counties and I can say that Lone Pine would be in our top 5 . All the staff and I mean all the staff always had a smile for me and my second wife . I just wish we could have stayed longer than 6 nights . I am really really going miss this hotel and I know we will be back sooner than later . Again thank you so much to all at the Lone Pine . Stay safe and well and we shall see each other again . "

"ファミリーで3泊しました。海沿いに位置しているので海風がとても気持ち良いホテルです。夕方に一階のレストランのテラスで一杯やるのが最高でした。周辺に目立った観光資源は少ないように思いますが、人気のホーカーが目の前にあるので嬉しいポイントです。部屋は比較的広めでファミリーでの利用に向いていると感じました。目立って不満な点はありません。近くに知人が住んでいるので、遊びに行く際はまたこのホテルを利用するつもりです。コスパに星5、という印象でした。"

"Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre. Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. "

"We had booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Amir at the front desk was amazing in keeping up with our request as we had requested for the rooms to be next door to eachother or connecting rooms. He was very polite and helpful. Mizan also the manager at the front desk was also very polite and helpful, if we had and questions or requests they were met very promptly, always greeeted us with a smile and politeness.
