"Perfect location, right by the Neuschwanstein bus and carriage stops and the path up to Hohenschwangau castle, and a very short walk to the lake. Lovely restaurant - we booked a table through reception and had a table looking up at the castle. Our room was very quiet. The only slight downside was no aircon so the room was very warm (a fan was provided). Staff were very helpful. There was a small car park for guests - we arrived relatively early so didn't have any issues getting a space although...

"Fantastic hotel with stunning views over the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - we all felt incredibly relaxed and could t get enough of the views! The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and loved the fact there was lactose free milk! The only thing to be aware of is there is a steep 20 minute walk to the town and so taxis are needed in the evening if you don’t have a car - they cost 11 euros one way. We will...
