"The Nichols is a very nice, comfortable Inn located conveniently to the things we needed (walking distance to a nice local pub, close to pizza place, the Pottery..). The staff were very helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good -- make tour own waffles, make your own omlet! Plenty of yogurt, pastry, and coffee. We were able to comfortably sit and gab with our relatives in the lobby. We had a great stay."

"Our room was clean but in need of repairs and upgrades. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Our TV didn't work when we got to our room but upon calling the front desk the man came right to our room and fixed it. Our bed frame was very noisy as the mattress was on a metal box. There was no blow dryer in our bathroom. We picked this motel because it had a hot tub but it was out of order. There were a couple broken down cars in the parking lot. The whole building is in dire need of a complete makeover so spend the extra money and stay somewhere else."

"We checked in at 4pm, when it says on their website that check in time starts. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. We arrived at 4pm so that we could sit in the hot tub before the concert at Treasure Island started at 6pm. We missed out on the hot tub and had to get ready in the main hallway bathroom since our room still wasn't ready. It was dissapointing. And the hot tub is closed on Mondays so we weren't able to use it the following morning either. "

"Staff was good. Room was bad. Pillows are extremely flat garbage on floor. Door blew open during the night. "

"Super bummed the hot tub wasn’t in working order. We chose this location due to our destination being on this side of town. Upon check-in, we were informed the hot tub was down. She of course apologized, and I’m sure it was out of her control, but no where on the site does it state the hot tub is down. I certainly would have found a different location to stay. I have mobility issues due to double knee replacement and a hot tub is part of my therapy. Overall our stay was fine, but the number 1 item o needed wasn’t accessible."
