"We couldn’t do valet parking because they were working on the airport and to top it all off we had to sell Park and then we had to walk a long way to get back in to the hotel to check in….. was a really inconvenience. The whole reason of staying at the airport was for the convenience in the parking (which didn’t happen on this trip ) Checking could’ve been a little bit easier and the hotel could’ve been cleaner-carpet in our room and bathroom had some dirt on them"

"The room had small insects crawling on the counter in the bathroom and on my neck fan when I woke up this morning.
My rooms were cancelled at 1:00 & I hadn't arrived. There was no phone call or anything. Mind you, check-in was at 3:00. I put in my notes that I would arrive around 8:00p.m. I ended up paying more for my rooms.
There was a $75 security hold that had to be paid at check-in and a $15 parking fee. No one ever mentioned. The fridge didn't work and my room never got cooled.

"This is by far the best hotel that accommodates your entire family all at once! Your kids have a selection of things to do: arcade, water park, outdoor activities, fireworks, parents have a selection to shop, eat, relax, or just sit back in the beautiful room and enjoy the room or cottage! "The location of the hotel is excellent and it is beautiful. It should be noted that the stay includes a hot buffet breakfast with a variety of alternatives for everyone. One of the days the gluten-free waffles had run out and an employee was very kind and brought us a few of the ones they were preparing. The employees are very friendly and attentive. I only highlight two points, the day they cleaned our room, they really didn't clean the sink because we found it the same; they took the towels...

"We stayed at EVEN Hotel with a large group, and overall had a good experience. The staff was outstanding,they were friendly, accommodating, and made sure our entire group was placed on the same floor, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was finding a roach in our room, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was clean, and the staff’s excellent customer service made our stay enjoyable."
