The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. "Room clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs help. No waffle maker, egg omelets are the frozen ones and they actually served bully beef (can corn beef hash). The hot breakfast needs adjusting. However it should not stop you from staying here the overall hotel is OUTSTANDING. "

"Did not have hot water in shower for 2 days. Front staff was advised and said an engineer would be sent to the room. Nothing was fixed on the first night."

"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of hot and cold breakfast options. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very nice, and the putting green and patio with grills are a cool touch. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family and it was great. Our teens were able to have their own beds, my husband and I had a separate bedroom with a king bed, and both rooms had their own...
