"Very helpful and friendly staff and a good location for our needs. Set in a golf resort so great for golfers visiting the island. This hotel is in need of a renovation it was looking a little tired. The room was satisfactory the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower worked for the most part, the safe however was broken and the ripped curtains wouldn’t close properly but on the positive side the antiquated fridge and microwave did work. Although this hotel was on the cheaper side of all inclusives in the area I don't feel it was value for money they certainly didn’t invest in good quality alcohol and food. Only one restaurant with buffet style food no à la carte menu choices and very standard offerings such as chicken white fish and pork cutlet, pasta and rice at every meal. I was looking forward to a few nice rum cocktails by the pool and a complete relax but the low quality of the spirits made this impossible. I didn’t know it was possible to have a bad rum in the Caribbean The wine wasn’t good either. The staff were doing the best they could I really couldn’t fault them always smiling and happy to help."

"The property itself is gorgeous, but lets talk about the staff. Firstly i was checked in by Maribel and Rosa. Although I prebooked my massages at the spa for 2pm, rosa gave me a hard time about check in even though I repeatedly said i didn't need my room until evening. Then my wife and I asked for a romantic beach dinner and Rosa kept giving us weird looks and kept asking me in a condescending matter if I'm sure i wanted a romantic dinner (because we're both women?) She sent us to concierge and then we were returned because she was supposed to be the one to book it. So it definitely seemed like she didn't want to book us because we're both women. We then gladly paid the $70 for dinner later to be told our dinner was canceled due to rain in which it never did rain and they couldn't even accommodate an alternative we practically had to beg for reservations. Then we went to the spa and paid $250 for a deep tissue massage and my wife only received about 45 mins of having oils rubbed into her face and chest. No actual massage was given. Then the following morning around 730am someone entered our room and I woke up screaming in fear then that person exited and left our door ajar. I called the front desk and the person gaslit me and told me i was mistaken and no one could enter our room without a key. As if our door opened and stayed open on its own. At that point I just decided to get up and check out, our experience was horrible for the amount of money we paid. SAVE YOUR MONEY!"

"Had to pay to get my room before 3pm even as a Marriott member. Room was available but they wouldn’t assign it unless I paid an additional $40 not the service I am accustom from a Marriott property "
