"The resort is beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would suggest upgrading to a room with a balcony. We had ocean view but would have loved a balcony. Walking distance from many restaurants. There is a swimmable beach close. The current is strong on the beach at the resort. We were told by locals that it’s very unsafe to swim."

During my stay, all staff members were very friendly and very respectful. Great customer service. The main lobby and its amenities were awesome. ROOMS however need updating. We stayed in a king balcony with ocean view and the room was clean but run down."

"I had a lovely stay at Bali Hotel! The staff was very attentive to all of our needs and made sure to clearly explain all charges beforehand, which I really appreciated. The 24/7 front desk service was also super convenient. Our room was pretty spacious, comfortable, and housekeeping came every afternoon to clean and refresh the room. Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!"
