"I felt welcomed and comfortable at Vancouver Studios. Communication was clear, and the staff people were friendly and helpful. The room met my needs. Has I been there longer I would have used the kitchenette. I was a bit concerned about street noise, but I didn’t need to worry. Things quieted down each night, and I slept well. I appreciated the garden, parlor, and gym. The neighborhood is great for walking, eating, and getting to other parts of London. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and new ish.
I can not imagine why a hotel room doesn’t provide towels. This is a critical management issue in terms of following the cleaning protocols.
The supervisor apologised by providing free toothbrush and asked for a good review. This is not acceptable. My expectations of a Marriot hotel should acknowledgment its mistake and show a good attitude to customers rather than asking for something that clearly they haven’t earned.
The compensated breakfast was very...

"The Bluedaws represents great value for money. It's a clean, safe and no frills hotel that provides central London accommodation at a fraction of the price of other establishments.
The Room was large, had basic furnishings and showers and toilets were in the hall just outside the room. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was a really nice and unexpected treat.
Will definitely use the hotel again on future trips to London"

Inhabit Queen's Gardens, a Member of Design HotelsBayswater
8.6 trên 10, Xuất sắc, (262 nhận xét)
"We stayed at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens for three nights and had a very mixed experience. Our first night was particularly difficult. We arrived after midnight, but even allowing for the late hour, the staff seemed surprisingly inexperienced and unprepared. Unfortunately, the quality of service did not improve much during our stay.
The main issue is the lack of a professional reception experience. Whenever we asked a question, staff often looked at one another as if unsure who knew what to do....
