"We had a very unsettling experience at this hotel. When we went to settle into bed, we noticed the mattress was barely covered by a sheet. As we pulled it up, we found visible blood stains on the mattress, with additional spotting the more we uncovered. This raised serious biohazard concerns and was completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and safety standpoint.

"I’m very disappointed with the room we were assigned. Although the prices here start at $260, I paid $400 expecting a significantly better experience. Instead, the view is very unpleasant and does not match the price or expectations.
There is also active construction directly in front of the room, which was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. This significantly affects the overall experience and comfort of our stay.
At this price range ($400 per night), there are many much better...
