"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"Athletic club with full length lap pool is an excellent perk. Restaurant was quite good. Appreciated the large (1br) room although as usual the convertible sofa bed was not especially comfortable. Lovely balcony. Electric car charging situation slightly complicated (3 stations reserved for hotel, others are public but can only be paid for with Canadian card) but worked out in the end."

"Starting to show it's age. Rooms haven't been updated in years. We've gone a few times and honestly it keeps getting dirtier or should I say a lack of care. Front desk seemed little unprofessional. I guess you get what ypu pay for. Honestly this is our last time staying here."

Staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The M Club Lounge was a disappointment. It felt dark and uninviting, and the food didn't deliver. Fake tasting scrambled eggs at breakfast, and the evening appetizers (doughy Thai chicken, waxy cheese) were not worth the trip. Sticking to the toast and fruit is your best bet. "Location was great and overall a pleasant stay. The air conditioner wasn’t the best and the plumbing needs work. Water does not drain in the shower or sink and the water was extremely hot and took a while to cool. For the cost and the fact that there’s a kitchen and washing machine, I would stay here again."
