"Beautiful hotel! The hotel staff were accommodating and incredibly friendly!"

"Stunning view of Inner Harbor from both living room and bedroom. Crew teams, sailboats, seaplanes, ferry, all constant entertainment in waterfront view. Room was spacious, well maintained, kitchen fully stocked. Hop-on Hop-off bus stops one block away. Short walking distance to everything of interest. Definitely an ideal location. Underground secure parking meant I could park upon arrival and not need my car for duration.of Victoria stay. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful place to stay. The highlight is the breakfast prepared by a chef, and the lovely deer that were grazing outside. It’s also a short walk up the street to the lieutenant governor’s residence with the lovely walking trails and Craigdarroch castle."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated. Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it. There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own."

"We enjoyed our stay, but the lack of AC was a real problem, depriving one of us of adequate sleep. We had to keep our windows open all night, which meant lots of noise from the street. The small portable electric fan was only so helpful. It's a pity, because the staff are wonderful and the place has tons of charm. It's also a great location, with everything within a short walk or bike ride."

"Clean rooom good size for 4 people. Very nice beds. Reception are all nice and welcoming. Breakfast not happy with it. We stayed for 2 nights and only 1 day have sausages and scrambled eggs that no taste at all. Next morning it’s just a tasteless scrambled eggs fried potatoes and taters. These are for hot foods. Standard slice breads, muffins, few fruits. No Restaurant that normal hotels have to order and eat or room service. Nice location."

"The hotel was amazing, the best view with a very nice and clean room. Everytime we left we came back to a nice clean room. We were also on the club lounge floor which gave us breakfast and lunch included in our stay. I only give it a 4 because the people staying in the rooms around us were very loud all night so it could’ve been quieter. There was no noise cancellation and you could hear everything in the hallways."
