"The was our second stay. We had a great stay the first time, pretty much perfect. I really wish the property still offered free EV charging. I don’t understand why they switched to chargers with more outdated charging plugs and pay as you go model. That being said, the charger still works and is affordable. No AC, which for its price point is disappointing. Pool was also closed early on our second day. Wish we got to use it and had AC for its price point but still comfortable and clean"

"Room was clean and we enjoyed the balcony! Could see the deer on the grass. Great breakfast!! The pillows and sheets weren't great - pillows were very squishy and sheets were very stiff and uncomfortable. Sad to discover there is no pool. But great location, we could walk to many things! 3 min walk to Victoria harbor front! 10 mins walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. 15 mins to Beacon Hill! Great location, so I would stay here again."

"The room itself was excellent — comfortable bed, spotless, and I appreciated the laminate floors, which made everything feel cleaner. Staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The M Club Lounge was a disappointment. It felt dark and uninviting, and the food didn't deliver. "NO AIR CONDITIONING. A small fan in the room on a hot day was not enough. Parking garage was tight for an SUV, doable, but tight. Downtown location was good. Pool was small but OK. Beds were OK Bathroom was a bit old in the way that there was chipping around the door, but clean. The room was clean. The refrigerator worked great. Would we stay again? Probably not in the summer without AC. There is heating in the room."

"First time staying in a hostel and I feel like this was a great choice. We got our own room. They seem to realize prioritize making people feel safe and comfortable. Hoping every hostel I stay at is like this. They provided breakfast and also dinner which I thought was super cool. We only stayed for 1 night. They did a song bingo in the bar that was a lot of fun. The room was incredibly hot but it did come with a fan."

"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"
