"The continental breakfast was not the best. Sausage cold and different looking, not too good. Eggs were okay. The elevator was warm and smelled of oil or something, stunk. House keeping were not very friendly, said, Hi and no response."

"I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing."

"Eric was the best. We asked for early check in and late check out and he was beyond accommodating. The 3 bedroom cabin was perfect for our needs. VERY clean and had everything we needed. The 1 1/2 bathrooms were a huge plus! The property was well maintained and the pool was great. Lots of outside seating with plenty of chairs and picnic tables. "I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting.
