"Alicia was amazing, she was the front end nighttime person and very friendly, helpful when I needed something for the room and this is the second time I have stayed there with her as front desk. Asked for a balcony, however it was so small. You couldn’t even put a chair out there so was disappointed with that. Otherwise, great trip happy with the accommodations just not the parking fee. If I’m staying in a hotel, I expect there to be parking for my car."

"Overall this is what you expect from Best Western. The only problem is parking. The parking lot is not set up for trucks, or SUVs. The parking lot was full and the front office staff told me I could park on the street (street signs say No Stopping Any Time), or across the street at a commercial property that said no overnight parking. They were so certain my car would be ok. I didn’t take the risk but really suggesting I risk towing my car because of your limited parking is ridiculous."
