"This property is in desperate need of maintenance and solid house keeping. From a lack of towels, to garbage on the floor of the room, to non-functioning equipment, it is hotel in need of TLC."

"Comfortable bed, small room, noisy air conditioner. The electricity went off in the middle of the night and I couldn't sleep because I could hear my neighbor's conversation."

"Rooms weren’t as clean as they could be"

"We did not like the fact that we had to ‘ask’ for cleaning service. There were no signs saying that. We ended up staying 4 nights and only got our room cleaned once which we had to ask for. We saw trash outside one of the rooms, too. Also, the breakfast was only so-so. Very few muffins, bread and they kept running out of eggs. Tables were not cleaned."

"We had a flight out of Austin so we decided to book since it was close to the airport. As soon as we entered the hotel room smelled like mold or some strange smell. We went to dinner and did some shopping and went to sleep. My husband woke up to use the bathroom and said he killed a huge roach. Definitely won't be staying here again."

"I had a pretty good stay here. Clean room was close to the elevator which was convenient. Helpful nice staff. Good breakfast! I would recommend!"

"Only got to spend a couple of hours there but can’t recommend this hotel enough. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Steamer, hair dryer, lotions all excellent amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was not working but they got us an Uber free of charge to accommodate us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Austin"

"First and foremost, I was deceived! When checking in, the lobby was dirty, and smelled HORRIBLE! The front desk girl was nice but lobby was terrible. After that, the elevator were DISGUSTING. It was hot in there and trash and grime and the buttons were sticky the ac units that’s were next to the elevator on the 3rd floor was covered in mold and the carpet was wet from the water dripping from the ac as well. The rooms were even worse, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the water did not get...

"The light in.the.bathroom flickered really bad, and the light in the bedroom ceiling fan not.work. I reported.nothe of these to maintenance and nothing was ever done. Also, when we.got ready.to go to bed, we discovered that the.mattress.pad was on top of.the sheets and.under the spread. I personally pulled them off and put.them in a.corner, and again, told.the front desk. And.no one ever came and remade.the beds."
